Shipping & Returns
It seems to me so wasteful to print reams of fabric several times a year in the hope of selling it. This is why I decided not to produce seasonal collections and to print on demand. After all, if you are going to love and live with a fabric or a cushion for 20 years or so, then waiting a few weeks to receive it is not so bad, is it?
This is why all of our fabrics are printed to order, with very few exceptions, and why shipping is usually 3–4 weeks from placing your order. Orders are shipped directly to you from the mill to save time and reduce the number of trucks whizzing to and fro. When you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it and again when we have a confirmed shipping date for you. You may email us at any time to check on the status of your order at email@example.com. Occasionally we may have fabric in stock, in which case it will be shipped out on a 2–5 day service. You will be notified of stock availability in your order confirmation email.
Shipping of samples is free
UK shipping is £15 for all orders up to a value of £450. Shipping of orders over £450 is free.
Please note, we are not currently shipping to the EU.
For all other destinations, we will provide you with a dedicated shipping quote prior to accepting your order.
As our fabric is printed and cut to order, we cannot accept returns except where the product is faulty or incorrect. We are, however, happy to provide you with larger, returnable, samples at no charge so that you can be sure of the colour and pattern before you place your order. Please note that as we are printing on a natural product, we cannot guarantee that different batches will be an exact match, and there may be some slight variation between batches in colour and texture of base fabrics and in print colour. We aim to keep any difference within commercial tolerances. If you need to order a returnable sample or if the fabric you’ve received is faulty (an unlikely event, we hope!), do please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope that you will be delighted when you receive your cushion, but if for what ever reason you are not, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange (postage will not be refunded). Just fill in the paperwork that arrived with your order and pop it in the post. Once the cushion has arrived back with us, you will be notified and your refund/exchange processed.
Please return the cushion unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days. It must be in a resalable state. Thank you.
We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance when returning your cushion. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
